General Disclaimer
All items on this site are collectables and not intended as toys. It is down to your own judgment what age these collectables are purchased for. We advise using 14 years as a guideline.

Supply of Goods
We will endeavour to supply the goods within the times stated but we are not liable where circumstances are beyond our control.
The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment. Until such time Little House at the Priory shall retain full legal and equitable title to the goods.
Description of Goods
We have made every effort to ensure the description, measurements, photographic reproduction and specifications of products are correct at time of publish on our website. However, due to the fact some items are handmade and hand crafted, slight variations may occur.
Some of the photographs we use are stock photographs provided to us with the permission for use by our suppliers. If for any reason it is unclear please email us and we will replace it with a new photograph.
Sometimes suppliers do change small details on their items without advising.
Prices
Prices are correct at the time of order and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Our prices are in Pound Sterling. Other currencies can be accepted at current exchange rates
Overseas customers should note that you may be liable for taxes in your own country.
