Postage and Delivery

UK Postage

All items will be posted within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment of your order.(unless it is a custom order) If we can not post within these guidelines then we will advise you when we receive the order.

 

Postage & Packaging costs will be calculated at the time of placing your order. Postage costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package for all items dispatched within in the UK.  Should the resulting postage cost be lower we will refund any overcharges. For a guide on UK postage costs please click the Links button at the bottom of the screen. Couriers can be arranged. If you have a preference please let us know otherwise we will use Royal Mail. A contact telephone number will be required for any courier service. House kits will be sent direct from the suppliers via a courier service. Despatch times for houses will also be advised at the time of payment. Please note, most items when packaged will be too big for your letterbox and will require someone to receive the item.  Items of high value will be sent by us by Royal Mail Signed For service.

 

Overseas Postage

We ship worldwide, using Airmail or Courier - prices will be advised at the time of placing your order. If you require International signed for or Air-sure Delivery please ask when Ordering. Your local customs office may charge an import charge.

 

Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery (UK mainland only)

When time is short, particularly after the last Royal Mail posting date for Christmas, you may wish to take advantage of next-day delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing an order. In order to receive a next day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 12pm on a weekday. We regret that Next-Day Delivery is only available on normal working days (Monday-Friday) and only within the UK mainland.

 

Postage Loss & Insurance

We obtain proof of posting with all items and once posted we do not accept responsibility for loss or theft whilst in the Mail. We will be happy to put in a claim on your behalf once the statutory delivery time has passed as all Royal Mail postage is insured up to the value of £39.00 and paid out once they have investigated. All packages totalling more than £40.00 will be sent recorded or signed for. If you require extra insurance please ask when placing your order and we will quote you for this.

Collection of items at Fairs

If you place a order  and would like to collect your items at one of the Fairs we are exhibiting at please advise us at time of ordering and we will refund any postage cost back to your Payment Method (please note we require 3 working days notice for collections so that we can ensure we take your items with us)

 

If you require items that are not Handmade to be collected at shows, and thus require us ordering in we need 10 working days notice. 

 

Please also note we require payment in full for any such items we do not order items in until monies have been received. we do not take items to shows (non Handmade) on a look to buy Basis
