Q, Do You Post Worldwide?

Yes we post worldwide, (however if you are in Europe please contact me prior to ordering, as due to new product safety regulations introduced in January 2025 , only items created or made prior to 31/12/2024 can be sent)

Customs Documents will be completed if required for postage.

Q, How long will my order take to dispatch?

If the items are in stock on the website then we aim to post your order within 3 working days (unless there is a notification on home page re delays). Custom Made Orders take longer and will be advised when ordering. Please note:- International orders take on average 10-14 working days but can be longer if held up by Custom Control

Items may take a little longer around public and seasonal holidays.

Orders will be posted First class, Standard Air Mail (this is not tracked), if you require Signed, Tracked or any other Special postage service please contact me for a Postage upgrade price.

Q, Do You Combine Postage?

The website should combine postage as each item has a weight assigned to it, however this is only a guide and if postage calculates over what it costs i will refund overages. (If the order is of high value I will upgrade the service) Postage cost are based on weight and size of parcel and the current Royal Mail Pricing Tariff, and price is for Postage & Packaging.

Q, Do you do Custom Orders

Yes, If you have a special item you need making please contact me to discuss if possible, using the Contact page

Non Handmade item's - I can get from various suppliers, items such as lighting, decor, furniture or accessories etc, please contact me if looking for a item

Q, Where can I see your items ?

If you want to see an item in person, we do exhibit at various shows in the UK and USA, (see Shows & Fairs on Home page for details) please bear in mind to avoid disappointment, some items are OOAK and if they sell then they are gone. Also not all items go to shows please contact me if you want to make sure a specific item comes along.

If you are based in the UK then you can by appointment visit my studio in the Cotswolds to see items, please use the contact page to do so.

Q, How do I contact you ?

Yes you can contact me via the Contact form we aim to respond within a few hours. My email address will be on the card in your parcel for future use.

Q, Is there a age requirement for your items ?

Yes as a guide, due to the size and fragility of miniatures we say 14 years and above (this is a guide some items are more robust, and also some Children are more careful with fragile items).

Q, Returns and Damages ?

RETURNS If a item is no longer required, please return it within 14 days for a item cost refund, All Postage costs will be covered by the buyer and the item must be returned in the same condition as it was when sold for a refund to be issued

Custom orders cannot be returned

DAMAGES - Sometimes accidents during transit will occur, in this event please send me pictures and proof of damage to packaging via the email on the card in your parcel and I will contact you to validate the damage for either a refund, credit or replacement if possible (all damaged items need to be returned unless i advise not) and i will cover return postage.

Q, Are my payments secure ?

Yes, all payments are processed by either PayPal or a Secure Credit/Debit Card Facility. We do not see or store any details, it is all handled securely by the payment provider. All Transactions are processed at source in £ (GBP/Pounds Sterling) at the current exchange rate, if you are paying in a different currency, your card provider may charge a handling fee, this is not anything to do with us and out of our hands, we only receive the original transaction amount

Q, Special Offers or Loyalty Cards

Sign up to our Newsletter, to be notified of Special Offers, New items etc

We do not offer a Loyalty Card but do Give out a Money Off Card at shows on High Value Purchases which can be used at future shows and on the website
