Ordering Process and unavailable items

Once you have completed your order pad and clicked submit, your order will be emailed to our customer services team. Your order will be checked for stock and a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours along with an invoice through the Paypal gateway for the items in stock. The invoice will also detail postage & packaging costs and any insurance you have requested. You can pay by the methods quoted below. Once payment has been received and cleared your items will be despatched. Items that are unavailable will not be charged to your invoice. If you have clicked the “back order” button on the order pad we will hold your order of unavailable items on back order for 28 days until they do come available and then send a separate invoice for payment. Any item on back order for more than 28 days will be deleted. We will send you an email alerting you to this fact incase you wish for the item to remain on back order for longer. If you do not click the “back order” button on the order pad, any item not in stock will be deleted from your order.


We aim to despatch orders within 10 working days if you require it sooner, please advise us when ordering and we will do our best to get it to the post office the same day if ordered by 3pm or by 12noon the following day if not. Please allow longer at Christmas or National holidays. During the checkout process, UK based customers can specify an alternative delivery address (with telephone number) in the UK. However, when paying by Paypal you must also provide your UK address and Telephone number that corresponds with your account.

Payment Methods

For each completed order an invoice will be sent to you from the Paypal gateway for the amount due. Click the link as instructed on the invoice to make your payment.

Additional Options

You will be able to pay by the following methods:

  • Transfer from your Paypal account
    • If you wish to pay by Paypal, select the Paypal option, log into your Paypal account and complete the required details.
  • Credit or Debit card (using the Paypal gateway - YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR THIS METHOD)
    • At the secure checkout, select the card type you wish to use and complete the required details.
  • Manual Credit or Debit Card Payment
    • Card details can be taken from you over the phone and transacted via our card reader. Please email me if you wish to use this option.

Alternatively you will also be able to pay to the following none Paypal methods:

  • Postage Order
  • Cheque (Sterling only)
  • Bank Transfer (please request payment details)
  • Money Gram
